Great staff, dishes and ambiance. Highly recommend! The wait is worth it.
Great food, cute venue, good service.
Vietnamese in the mission, no way. Yes way. Great strong vietnamese coffee.
Super comfy atmosphere!! Excellent price value!
Lively modern restaurant, great service .Food was awesome
Cute place, always busy, tasty food
Omg the Laksa soup was sooo good. Service was fast and staff friendly. Highly recommend.
Great place for The Spice Jar! Fast service and great variety for both meats and sides. The interior is nice, and it did not get too hot or smoky during our meal. We came for an early dinner, so parking and seating were both easy, but it looks like they do fill up quickly.
Super tasty food! I loved the Mongolian beef, and their starter special (panko fried oyster) was fantastic.
asian food and the scene at this spot is great. It's so appetizing. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The bill was appropriate for the quality. Ambience reminds me of San Diego's scene.
Excellent Asian place! We tried Laksa and the Fried rice - both extremely flavorful. Service was top-notch. I will be revisiting - often.
Really like this small spot. Can be crowded and a bit loud. Food is excellent. Staff are attentive. Good wine menu. Come early, put your name in and grab a drink nearby.
Fun casual place with great value but tastes very healthy
Been here a few times now and always come back for the bao. Always worth it just for that fluffy bun
Great food and vibe! They even have veggie ramen, just ask. :)
Great food, nice atmosphere, cozy little place.
Delicious family run business, love the ramen
Great food and service. They don’t take reservations and it’s such a tiny restaurant so you kinda have to be lucky to be seated... but it’s worth the wait. If you like Japanese food, you will dig this place. I also liked that they didn’t kick us out when it was already closing. So generous!
Great, affordable food. Really nice staff. Small cozy place.
Spicy miso ramen and tofu with wasabi salt were delicious
Great place to eat authentic food and amazingly tasty. Expect a wait of some sort. The length of time depends on the time of your arrival.
Loved it. Great service, great food, great vibe and great prices
The folks here keep it real and open hearted. Great food, good crowd, no hipster silliness.
We completely love it. Food is delicious. 5 out of 5 dishes we tried were amazing (appetizers and main dishes). There is line to be seated but it is completely worth it. If you like curry, pho, noodles please don’t hesitate to visit this place 🤤
Best fried rice ever and nice couple that runs the place!
Simple but delicious Asian fare in a cozy atmosphere at a reasonable price. What's not to love?
Great curry ramen!! Small confines, personable service. One of our favorites! Get the shot of spices!
Yummy pan Asian restaurant in an unassuming corner in Mission. Been there twice already in two weeks since discovering it. ðŸ¤
Cute neighborhood restaurant! Delicious food. Garlic noodles were amazing, same with the string beans!
Nice service. The hanger steak mu shu was delicious, though it was served on a bed of bell peppers and onions (neither of which can I eat) and the menu does not describe that. Had hoped for cabbage, per traditional style. Menu needs more accurate description because very little of this pricey dish was edible for me.
Compact spot with great ramen. The pork ramen was better than the seafood/squid ink ramen, and the takoyaki was a great starter.
Shu Mai was ok. Karaage was breaded well, but not seasoned. Seasame chicken ramen was bland and noodles overcooked. Mongolian chicken was overcooked, tough, and too sweet. Food is ok, but the fusion part is lacking.
My go-to is the ramen! The crispy spring rolls are a great starter. The atmosphere of the interior is warm and inviting. The staff is really nice and service is quick.
The food is amazing! My favorite dish is the mangolian beef and my partner loves the laska! The place itself is small and the wait can get long. We like to eat here when it isn't busy or order food to go! Delicious food and friendly staff.
Always fantastic food! Great staff. The only thing...the "special" everyday is always the same...Chicken Katsu Curry! It is good though.
Nice atmosphere and really good foods. Heads up, if you are ordering the steak, make sure to let them know how you want it prepared. I forgot to do so and my steak was too well done; hence the 4 stars
Tonkatsu Ramen and Mongolian lamb were good. I'd pass on the Laksa if you know what real Singaporean Laksa tastes like.
I had the curry chicken with rice and veggies. A simple dish but so flavorful and everything was cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy yet juicy, the curry was DELICIOUS and the veggies were pickled in a sweet vinegar. Great meal with generous portions!!
One of my favorite places for lunch. The parking lot is small but I only get take out and I walked there anyway. The chicken pad Thai is pretty good and I like their creamy salad dressing. About $6 for their takeout lunch special and you can order ahead of time.
Great neighbourhood joint. All the noodle dishes were very good even though it seems like they try to cover every base. Laksa, zen, and tonkotsu. Will be back. Super friendly service too.
Had the Mongolian Beef, Fried Rice, and Green curry. They were all pretty good - especially the curry (would order it as a drink if that was possible). Sesame bread wasn’t anything special and the service was very chaotic (looked like they were completely occupied with fulfilling takeout orders).
Such a great dining experience! The staff are super friendly and the food is fantastic! I highly recommend the Braised Spare Ribs Bao, Crispy Calamari Salad, and the Laksa!
Tried the fried rice and the Mongolian beef. Great portion sizes. Both dishes were really good but pretty salty for my taste 😬 the atmosphere is really chill, and the staff are friendly and attentive! I would love to go back to try some of their other things.
I loved my garlic noodles they were lightly spicy and I had tofu added and it was amazing!! I woke up today and had the remainder for breakfast! So so good!! The matcha green iced tea was good too
Very good contemporary Asian food. Often very crowded and has long waits, but the food is totally worth the wait.
Good food and service.
Very friendly and fast, food was delicious.
The entree portions are very generous. I had the mushroom tempura which was okay, just not very crispy. I got the garlic noodles but added vegetables because otherwise it's just a bowl of noodles. The standard vegetables are asparagus, green beans, and brocolli and I swapped out the green beans for mushrooms. The noodles were really good with vegetables and very very filling. My friend got the laksa which was a huge portion and she liked it. The ambience is cute and the staff are really nice. The prices are around 15 for each entree and you have to pay extra for tofu, rice, adding veggies, etc.
